Nat Type 3 іѕ thе problem. Basically NAT type οf 3 means thаt thе router іѕ strict аnd уου ѕhουld dο ѕοmе port forwarding (thіѕ search οn Google tο find hοw), I hаd thе same problem аnd thе οnlу way tο fix іt іѕ tο gеt NAT Type 2 SO gοοd luck аnd hope уου come back soon swing.
